Registering for a tournament through Precision Tools does not guarantee participation. Tournament Directors reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove registrations, assign brackets and tables, and modify tournament rules and schedules as necessary.

By opting into SMS communications from Precision Cues, you agree to receive tournament-related text messages at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Entry fees, where applicable, are determined by the Tournament Director. Payment handling and refund policies are set by the tournament organizer. Precision Tools facilitates registration and does not guarantee the resolution of payment disputes between players and tournament organizers.

You agree to use Precision Tools lawfully and respectfully. We may restrict access for conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful to the platform or its users.

Precision Tools is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in any tournament.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
